This build is for invited adult coaches testing with sample or non-sensitive practice data. It is not yet a general-availability service.

Your information

Connected mode stores team plans, scripts, membership, and private notes in the configured Supabase project. Private notes are readable only by their author. Audio uses private storage. Local testing mode stores its database on this computer and pending recordings in this browser.

Voice and AI

Recording begins only after you press the record button and grant microphone access. When enabled for your team, Hey Coach dictation sends the recording to OpenAI after you choose to transcribe it. You review the transcript before sending a planning request. Enabled planning, search and report assistance send the selected authorized context to OpenAI. Ordinary saved practice recordings are transcribed only when you separately request that available feature.

Live Hey Coach starts only when you choose Start conversation and allow microphone access. During that session, audio and authorized practice context stream to OpenAI for conversation and planning. The microphone remains active when the conversation panel is minimized or while you browse Today or Schedule; the panel names the practice it is working on. Opening a different practice or script pauses transmission and confirmation until you explicitly continue the pinned task. Switching teams ends its connection. End conversation, leaving the tab, or a connection failure ends capture. Live audio is not stored by Team Timer. Completed planning requests and their confirmed results use the private conversation history below. Your personal planner view settings are saved separately for your account and team.

Verified preview and save readbacks use your browser or device's speech service when available, with the same words shown in captions. The app requests an installed voice where the browser identifies one. Speech processing depends on your browser, operating system and voice settings; this is not a promise that all voice processing stays on your device. If readback is unavailable, the result remains visible in text.

Coaching memory and conversations

Coaching memory contains the terminology, preferences and constraints you explicitly save. It is private to your account within each team. You can inspect, change or forget it. Private assistant conversations expire after 30 days and can be forgotten earlier. Expiry immediately blocks further use; background cleanup removes retained conversation content. Separately saved practices, scripts and notes keep their own history. Forgetting a conversation also removes its Undo content.

If a save response is lost, this browser retains the exact pending request until you reconcile it or explicitly remove the local retry. Removing a local retry does not cancel a server operation. Server conversation expiry does not erase unresolved requests on this device.

Retention and deletion procedures, support contact, privacy terms, backup recovery, native device testing, and an independent security review remain launch gates. This page describes this beta; it is not a finished legal policy.
